VENUE UPDATE:  
While we're making progress on our roof reconstruction, the project is taking a bit longer than we anticipated.  We’ll continue offering a range of options to help fans stay cool and comfortable at the venue all season long, including complimentary sunscreen and hydration stations with free water. We’re looking forward to welcoming fans back for another exciting summer of live music in Tampa.

COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE
The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.  Umbrellas are not permitted as they could obstruct the view of other fans.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings. 

PARKING LOTS
If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase a parking pass. General parking will be $20 per vehicle (plus tax) online in advance and $25 on the event day. To reserve a parking space in advance, click here.

Parking lots open two hours prior to the scheduled gate time.  If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.  Please enter via US-301 or MLK Blvd for general parking.  

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Drop-off areas are located at the Martin Luther King Blvd entrance in the general admission parking lot. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise. 

LAWN CHAIRS
No outside lawn chairs will be allowed into the building.  Lawn chairs are available for rental for guests on the lawn.  Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".

BAGS
Clear Plastic, Vinyl, or PVC Bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
Small Clutch Bags (6"x9")

MOBILE ENTRY

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

YETI HYDRATION STATIONS
Refill your Plastic refillable water bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations.  Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated.   Guests are permitted to bring in 1 factory sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Refillable plastic water bottles are permitted. Camelbacks, Tumblers/Aluminum Bottles are not permitted.

Water fountains are located in the east and west plazas outside the main restrooms.

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the north and south plazas. For some events, you’ll find extra booths in the east plaza, west plaza, and in the lawn.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Our concessionaire offers free fountain sodas to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party.  Please visit the Guest Services booth located in the east plaza.  RECYCLING You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.
